The C&C Insurance Group is moving forward with aggressive development ambitions, led by CEO Niraz Buhari. The recent acquisition has been funded by Yarab Capital a part of C&C Insurance Group.
Speaking of the acquisition, Mr. Niraz Buhari stated “The inclusion of Assuranty Nationwide demonstrates the C&C Insurance Group’s objectives to develop through acquisition, allowing us to offer more, better, and enhanced customer-centric insurance products and related services across all industries”.
Who Are Assuranty Nationwide?
Assuranty Nationwide Ltd has been in business for over ten years and has a track record of providing comprehensive insurance for residential products and general insurance. The acquisition, which has serviced thousands of clients, is a good example of organic growth, with both firms selling identical products.
Some of the products include Appliance Insurance, Home Emergency Insurance, Gadget Insurance, and more.
The Future of Assuranty Nationwide and Smart-Sure
Although plans are still in the works, it is unavoidable that the operations of both Assuranty Nationwide and Smart Sure will be rationalized, but it is anticipated that this will be done with minimum disturbance.
Under the new owners, the Assuranty Nationwide brand will stay the same, eliminating the need for complex rebranding, a smooth, unnoticed changeover.
Smart Sure’s customer base will expand, while Assuranty Nationwide’s current and prospective consumers will benefit from the larger firm. As the Assuranty Nationwide brand realizes the benefits of being part of the C&C Insurance Group, they will have a better selection of products as well as broader concrete and intangible benefits.
